Linked VA: Brand Genie System - 7-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Linked VA Brand Genie System 7-Day Free Trial!
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Brand Genie System free trial ("Trial"). By participating in the Trial, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Trial Period and Scope
You will receive a 7-day free trial of the Brand Genie System.During the Trial, you can submit up to 10 tasks via email for completion using the Brand Genie System. You will not be charged for the Trial period.
2. Payment Information and Automatic Renewal
To activate your Trial, you will be required to enter a valid credit card. Your credit card will NOT be charged during the 7-day Trial period. Following the 7-day Trial, your membership will automatically renew into a paid subscription at a rate of $250AUD per week. Your credit card on file will then be charged automatically for the weekly subscription fee.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Trial or paid subscription at any time. To avoid automatic charges, you must cancel your Trial before the end of the 7-day period. If you cancel your Trial within the 7 days, your credit card will not be charged, and your access to the Brand Genie System will terminate. You can cancel your subscription by contacting Linked VA customer support or through your account settings (if applicable).
4. General Terms
Linked VA reserves the right to refuse or cancel your Trial for any reason, at any time, with or without notice. This Trial offer is limited to one per organisation. Linked VA's standard Terms of Service apply to your use of the Brand Genie System during the Trial period, in addition to these specific Trial terms.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
